Coronavirus - In light of the current pandemic we are changing the way in which the surgery operates

To see a GP:
Please ring the surgery between 8am and 10:30am, you will be added to a telephone consultation list. If the GP feels that you need a face-to-face appointment, they will arrange it with you when they call you.

To request your repeat prescription: Please download the NHS app and follow the instructions. If you don’t have the facility to be able to do this we will take repeat prescription requests over the telephone between 11am and 12:30pm only.

To collect your medication:
Please collect your medication from the window between the hours of 3pm and 6pm only.

We apologise for any inconvenience but are sure that you will understand that we are doing what we can to limit the spread of this virus.

Staffordshire Connects

The purpose of the Staffordshire Connects directory is to provide citizens with information about activities, groups and organisations that can help them to stay independent and well.

This includes information about home care providers, carers groups, leisure services, support groups, equipment and technology providers. There is also much, much more…

Staffordshire Connects acts as a central information resource for health and social care professionals, partner organisations and the voluntary sector. Organisations like Support Staffordshire are working with SCC to ensure the many VCSE organisations that they support are also added on.

As well as being a directory, Staffordshire Connects also provides access to:

A health and wellbeing planner. The planner provides self-help information, advice and guidance on leading a healthier lifestyle. The short link for the health and wellbeing tool is www.staffordshireconnects.info/plan

An equipment and technology product showroom. Browse, search and compare different products that can make daily life that little bit easier

A social care self assessment tool where by you can assess care needs and get some useful information, advice and guidance along the way:
